You can pay the fee by PayPal if that is the best option for you. However, please add €10 / £ 9 to the fee as PayPal deducts this from the amount paid. If you do not add this fee, it will be payable in cash upon registration.
Please remember that:
You will be officially registered once your payment is completed. Payment must be made in full at the time you make your application. Any fees related to bank transfers must be paid by the participants; if such fees are nevertheless charged to ESS, they must be reimbursed to ESS in cash during registration at the event.
Cancellations requested before 12th July inclusive will receive a refund of the paid fee, less the cancellation fee of €30, via bank transfer from ESS. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund fees for cancellations requested after 12th July.
